Your Mission:
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of executing our customer acquisition and retention marketing strategies, using your expertise to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization across all stages of the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with our sales, product, and success teams to execute strategies that accelerate Sailes’ growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about growth, experimentation, and making a tangible impact.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement data-driven marketing tactics aligned to the overarching marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Success to continuously optimize the customer journey from awareness to conversion and retention, leveraging A/B testing, customer insights, and performance metrics
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email, social media, content marketing, web and more.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product development.
- Experimentation and Innovation: Lead the charge in testing new growth tactics, scaling what works, and pivoting quickly when needed. This role will consistently bring new ideas for both paid and organic channels to reach Sailes’ ICP
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and optimize future efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant growth in early-stage startups.
- Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in early-stage environments, with the ability to move fast and adapt quickly.
- Strong digital marketing skills across paid channels, organic channel growth, SEO, and Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Highly analytical with the ability to quickly assess channel performance and determine where to pivot.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- A flair for creative problem-solving and a passion for experimenting with new ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Adept at working with autonomy and has a strong bias to action.
- Exceptional project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
