In her role as a Scrum Master at Sailes, Lauren assumes the pivotal responsibility of serving as a problem solver and change champion, dedicated to driving and sustaining Agile practices within the Product Development team. 

Based in Kansas City, Lauren seamlessly blends her professional acumen with a passion for the arts and community. Outside the dynamic realm of software development, she can be found exploring the diverse offerings of local farmer’s markets and attending theater and fine art performances. Lauren also cherishes opportunities to reconnect with her roots by visiting the family farm in central Missouri, relishing precious moments spent with her loved ones.
