With our latest update, users can reply directly to inbound responses without leaving the Sailes platform.

For months, this feature let individual users handle replies themselves — a key step to keep outreach and engagement connected in one place.

But as of today, managers can also reply on behalf of their team members.
That means when a hot lead comes in and a rep is tied up in a meeting (or simply off the clock), a manager can seamlessly jump in and respond — keeping the conversation alive and the opportunity moving forward.

Just quick, contextual replies — all from within Sailes.

How it Works

Here’s what happens when a contact replies to one of your outbound messages:

  1. You receive an email notification letting you know there’s a new response.
  2. You can view the full conversation thread directly in the Sailes platform.
  3. With one click, you can reply using the same email alias that originally sent the message — so everything stays in the same thread.
  4. Managers can now open that same thread and send a response on behalf of any team member they oversee.

Every reply is automatically Cc’d to the team member’s corporate inbox, ensuring visibility and continuity for both parties.
